Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, cookware, and dishes from our conferencing, events, restaurant, and kitchen operations
  • Operate industrial kitchen cleaning equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tidying up and restocking shelves
  • Distribute equipment throughout the hotel using trolleys
  • Sort, stack, and tidy kitchen areas
Requirements:
  • Availability to work on weekends and at night time
  • Organized and methodical approach to work
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene
  • Pride in maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
  • Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling
