About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to provide high levels of service from Level 1 and Level 2 perspectives, ensuring outstanding customer experiences.

This hybrid role offers flexibility to work from home, certain days a week, and reports directly to the Service Desk Manager.

Main Duties:
  • Deliver 1st and 2nd Level support to customers
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues
  • Utilise strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Respond to client support tickets
  • Log incidents and service requests in the relevant ITSM tool
  • Evaluate when to escalate issues to 3rd Level support teams or 3rd Party vendors
  • Offer onsite face-to-face and remote technical assistance
  • Perform administrative tasks such as Active Directory, Office 365/Exchange, etc.
  • Assist with customer walk-ups, floor walks, and configure hardware and software
  • Maintain and manage customer assets, warranties, and hardware returns
About You

To succeed in this role, you must prioritise customer service while leveraging your broad set of technical skills. You should be highly organised, possess great communication skills, and exhibit attention to detail. This position demands flexibility and adaptability, operating at both the Service Desk and Onsite at customer premises.

Key requirements include:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on IT experience in a Managed Services Environment
  • Experience working in a Service Desk environment for at least 2 years
  • History of providing Onsite customer support for 2+ years
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Server and Azure AD
  • Installation expertise for PC, monitors, software, and network printers
  • Knowledge of SOE, workstation, and patch management via Kaseya, SCCM, and Intune
