
Advanced Speech Therapist Role

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team. As a Speech Pathologist, you will work with adults and children with a variety of presentations, supporting them to achieve their goals.
Our team is committed to providing high-quality care and support, and we are looking for someone who shares our values and passion for making a positive difference in people's lives.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Speech Pathology and be registered as a Speech Pathologist with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) or eligible to obtain registration. You will also need to have full Australian work rights, a current driver's licence, and a police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work).
As a Speech Pathologist with our team, you can expect:
- A reduced caseload for your first 3 months while you get to know the team and processes.
- Ongoing supervision and mentoring from experienced therapists.
- Quarterly professional development with our team of Speech Pathologists.
- Monthly coaching from Clinic mentors to help you achieve your career goals.
