Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team in a Public Place setting.


About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing staff, providing direction and supervision, and motivating and developing team performance to meet service standards.

Maintaining high standards of Workplace Health and Safety is paramount in this role. The candidate will also be expected to communicate effectively with customers to efficiently resolve requests and contribute to a positive customer experience.

A strong focus on maintaining infrastructure and ensuring compliance against relevant regulations is essential in this position.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage staff in a Public Place setting
  • Provide day-to-day direction and supervision
  • Develop and motivate team performance

  • Communicate effectively with customers

Requirements
  • Experience in task allocation and performance monitoring
  • Understanding of public civil assets
  • Familiarity with inspection standards and asset condition reporting
  • Ability to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
  • Relevant qualification in trades or related experience
