Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate our nominated consignments on behalf of customers, liaising with operations as required, and providing timely and accurate updates regarding the status of these consignments.

This role requires building positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate service excellence and drive growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers and colleagues in a positive and professional manner, ensuring customers are notified of any issues or delays as quickly as possible or within agreed timelines.

They will also have excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to tasks, ensuring seamless coordination of consignments and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate nominated consignments on behalf of customers, liaising with operations as required.
