About the Position

Seeking a researcher with expertise in health economics and macroeconomics to join our esteemed team. This role involves conducting internationally recognized research, publishing in top-tier journals, securing external funding, and collaborating with industry, government, and academia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, supervise honours and postgraduate students, and lead curriculum development and assessment.
  • Provide leadership in School governance, contribute to strategic planning, represent the University, and support inclusion, diversity, and social impact initiatives.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Economics or a related field.
  • Track record of research excellence and sustainable peer-reviewed journal articles publications in top-ranked journals.
  • Sustained major research funding success as lead investigator from competitive grant sources.
  • Exhibit teaching excellence at the University level, including an emerging record of the development and delivery of curricula.
  • Experience in mentoring junior colleagues and tutors.
