Role Summary

As a Senior Business Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and developing long-term relationships with your customers. You will help deepen local relationships and achieve stronger customer advocacy within your community.

You will join a dynamic team that provides full-service support to our valuable small business customers. We encourage their business growth and support their personal journeys because our customers depend upon the resilience and courage of experienced bankers like you to guide them through challenges and develop trusted partnerships.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Manage small business lending requests up to $2 million, and home lending up to $5 million
  • Convert leads into wins, fuelling growth and delivering impressive results whilst driving customer advocacy
  • Own it by understanding our customers' needs to provide tailored holistic banking solutions.
  • Win together by building relationships with our brokers and proprietary customers to create and action new business opportunities as well as supporting our existing customers
Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Motivation to build genuine personal connections with our customers, empowering them to feel confident and bring their business dreams to life.
  • Lending experience in business banking or retail banking and navigating credit process
  • Strong customer and relationship management and a passion for networking and growing your portfolio.
  • Problem solving, critical thinking and negotiation skills
