Job Description

As a highly skilled and organized Inventory Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in the efficient management of parts, accessories, and materials that support our workshop and fabrication teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process external orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Coordinate dispatch and deliveries, maintaining effective communication with suppliers and customers.
  • Manage stock receipting, control, and inventory levels, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • SOURCE AND DELIVER AUTOMOTIVE PARTS AND COMPONENTS, utilizing your extensive technical knowledge.
  • Operate a forklift to manage stock and materials, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Prepare invoices and maintain order records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships through excellent service and consultation skills.
  • Perform deliveries and pickups of parts and materials as required, adhering to schedules and deadlines.
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience

- Effective time management and organizational skills.

- Current C class driver's license (essential).

- Forklift license (highly regarded).

- Strong technical parts knowledge within the automotive industry.

- Previous experience in a dealership or similar parts environment preferred.

- Familiarity with Tune/Revolution dealer management system (advantageous).

- Excellent customer service skills and computer literacy.
