This Position

The Cloud Application Troubleshooter will be responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues related to cloud applications. They will utilize in-depth product knowledge to diagnose, triage, and escalate reported issues while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter new trouble tickets, escalate existing tickets, and keep users informed of status.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of tickets as they are created to meet HireRight's Technology Solutions Center standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date procedures and troubleshooting links/tools.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and provide resolutions to complex cloud application-related issues.
  • ID network, system, and service issues separately from software code errors.
  • Manage and communicate software problems effectively to resolution.
  • Establish close working relationships across multiple departments.
  • Collaborate with end-users & stakeholders.
  • Collaborate in team environments and work independently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Degree in Management Information Systems.
  • Advanced Technology Certifications.

About You

  • Fluent in English.
  • 4+ years working with or supporting Enterprise applications.
  • Able to work different shifts.
