About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Accountant to join our team at PKF Australia.

As a Trainee Accountant, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and gain valuable experience in accounting and financial services.

You will be responsible for providing excellent care and support to our clients, while working in a team focused on achieving the Firm's objectives and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake a variety of work for our clients and provide them with excellent care and support
  • Work in a team focused on achieving the Firm's objectives and exceeding expectations
  • Develop strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have high attention to detail and be able to complete work within tight deadlines
  • Be enthusiastic, pro-active and self-motivated
  • Be able to work in a team environment

Requirements

  • Either be willing to complete, in the process of, or have completed an accounting degree (BCom or BBus)
  • Be willing to juggle full-time work with part-time university commitments (if studying)
  • Be well spoken and professionally presented
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have high attention to detail
  • Be able to complete work within tight deadlines
  • Be enthusiastic, pro-active and self-motivated
  • Be able to work in a team environment
