We are seeking compassionate individuals to fill the role of Support Worker, providing high-quality care and assistance to people with disabilities in supported independent living settings.

">Key Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering personalized support across various aspects of daily life, including:

  • Domestic and personal care assistance
  • Helping customers access and engage with their community

You will work collaboratively with a dedicated leadership team to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for our customers.

">Requirements

To succeed in this rewarding role, you will need:

  • A commitment to working shift work, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to develop positive relationships
  • The ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screening Check prior to commencement
  • Proficiency in using computers and learning software programs
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence
