As a Centre Director, you will have the opportunity to lead and shape a new Early Childhood Centre from its inception.

Our centre will provide exceptional care and education, fostering curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning in a thoughtfully designed environment.

You will be responsible for establishing the centre's culture, building a passionate team, and ensuring we deliver exceptional care and education from day one.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care is essential.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in an early learning setting.
  • Confident and capable assessment and rating expertise.
  • Strong planning and documentation skills.
  • A deep understanding of quality improvement and regulatory knowledge.
  • Current certifications in First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management, and Food Safety Supervisor.
  • A genuine commitment to supporting an inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment.
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC) clearance prior to commencement of employment.
