Your Role Includes:
- Conducting period-end financial reporting for IHQ & ASPAC, ensuring compliance with existing agreements and contributing to budget and forecast discussions.
- Monitoring financial accounting inboxes to keep a pulse on the financial health and communication.
- Executing bank reconciliations and preparing thorough monthly reconciliations for designated accounts to ensure accuracy and control.
- Participating in external financial reporting and crafting allocated financial statements to maintain statutory harmony.
Key Accountabilities:
- ASPAC/IHQ Financial Reporting (35%): Drive the monthly financial narrative for IHQ & ASPAC.
- Period End, Journals & Reconciliations (35%): Proactively manage journal entries and ledger reconciliations, ensuring prompt resolution of discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting (20%): Assist in crafting superior audit workpapers and statutory accounts that reflect our commitment to detail and accuracy.
- Ad Hoc Projects (10%): Spearhead initiatives, cover for peers, and be an agent of positive transformation in the finance department.
- Engage directly with the esteemed Head of Financial Accounting, the Head of Divisional Finance, and the Director of Financial Accounting, fostering enduring and mutually beneficial relationships.
Experience:
- Proficiency in finance fundamentals and general accounting principles.
- Proven ability to nurture lasting stakeholder relationships.
- Effective communication, adaptability to change, and a laser focus on outcomes.
- Robust analytical skills, with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Familiarity with SAP
- Advanced skills in Excel highly desirable

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- A degree in Finance or Accounting.
- You are on the path of achieving professional qualifications (CA/CPA)
- Your journey includes 2-3 years of experience in financial accounting.
