Sales and Market Development Director

A highly driven B2B sales leader is sought to drive the development and execution of strategic plans. This includes stewardship of a diverse team responsible for all company-wide sales and new market development.
About the Role- The Sales and Market Development Leader will lead the development and execution of plans to deliver strategic commercial objectives. This includes:
- Stewardship of a diverse team responsible for all company-wide sales and new market development;
- Development and embedment of strategic sales processes and account management practices across the group;
This role requires a track record of growth in electrical contracting and utility infrastructure project delivery, with outstanding commercial acumen and experience managing complex bid financial models.
