As a Service Design Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in championing customer experience and driving business impact through the practical application of service design principles. Your expertise will be crucial in leading the design process across the end-to-end experience for customers, delivering strategic direction, identifying commercial opportunities, and orchestrating CX outcomes that align with broader Customer ambitions.
Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementing Human Centred Design in large or medium-sized enterprises. You will have a proven track record of navigating and delivering complex projects, as well as strong stakeholder management skills. Additionally, you will be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and have excellent project management skills with experience working across strategy and operations.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Representing Customer Experience and Design in various forums around the business while advocating for a customer-led culture.
- Leading the design process across the double diamond with teams and agile squads to solve customer problems and deliver a connected, seamless Customer Experience by orchestrating product and service touchpoints.
- Managing multiple projects and delivering on timelines by leveraging organizational skills and ability to manage various moving parts with a complex network of stakeholders.
