About the Position

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with at least 3 years of clinical experience to fill a Complex Rehab Product Specialist role in NSW. In this dynamic, client-facing position, you will combine your clinical expertise with consultative selling skills to deliver tailored mobility and seating solutions across the region.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultation on complex rehab equipment, including seating systems, wheelchairs, and mobility aids to healthcare professionals
  • Conduct product trials and provide training to therapists, carers, and distributors on the use and benefits of our products
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive business outcomes and achieve growth targets through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Develop trusted networks with key stakeholders across hospitals, aged care facilities, community services, and NDIS providers to promote our products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and clinical applications in assistive technology to provide informed advice and guidance to clients

Requirements

  • Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with 3 years of clinical experience (rehabilitation or seating focus a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centred approach to building strong relationships
  • Strong interest in sales and product education – confident public speaker able to guide decision-making processes
  • Able to work autonomously and manage own territory with minimal supervision
  • Holding a full, unrestricted driver's license and ability to travel regularly across NSW
