The Role

We're seeking a Christmas Casual Sales Associate to join our team in Canberra. As a sales associate, you'll be the face of our brand, inspiring customers with our latest collections and driving sales through excellent customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Drive sales growth through upselling and cross-selling, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products and services
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
