We are seeking enthusiastic Christmas Casuals to join our team at the ACT FO, Canberra store on a full-time seasonal contract.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic retail team and provide exceptional service to our customers during the busy holiday season. As a key member of the sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, assisting with day-to-day store operations, and helping the team achieve daily sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer experiences by providing expert product knowledge, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Operations: Assist with day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and store upkeep to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
  • Sales Performance: Help the team achieve daily sales targets by providing support and guidance to colleagues, driving sales initiatives, and promoting Adidas products and services.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, with a proven record of success in delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales targets.
  • Motivation and Energy: Motivated, energetic, and passionate about achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team, with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
Availability:

You must be available to work during the holiday peak period, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Flexibility during November and December is essential to meet the demands of the season.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive estimated salary of $25-30 per hour, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within the company. As a Christmas Casual, you will also receive a range of benefits, including paid training, uniform, and access to exclusive employee discounts.
