Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Regulatory Officer.

This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, providing business and occupational licensing and not-for-profit registration services to clients.

About the Role:

As a Regulatory Officer, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate execution of tasks in line with legislation and operational policies associated with licensing and registration schemes.

You will also provide information to clients both verbally and in writing, and accurately maintain databases and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute tasks associated with regulatory activities, ensuring accurate, timely and professional services are provided to clients

- Update, maintain and utilise electronic records and databases in accordance with operational policy and departmental records management policies, procedures and business rules

Requirements:

- Excellent customer focus, with the ability to understand customer requirements to address their needs

- Proven ability to cooperate and work well with others in pursuit of team goals

- Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to seek resolution of problems through policy or process guidelines
