We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Concession Manager.

Job Description

As an Assistant Concession Manager, you will play a key role in driving visual merchandising standards, coaching and developing your team to deliver exceptional customer service, and facilitating training on customer service standards.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, using data and reports to inform business decisions, and leading the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive visual merchandising standards to create engaging and attractive store displays.
  • Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions.
