Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A deep understanding of the energy sector and related climate change issues
  • Experience in contributing to policy debates and development
  • A minimum of four years of work experience in industry, consulting, academia, and/or the public sector, preferably with a focus on the energy sector or heavy industry
  • Strong experience working on policy and with policymakers
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and research capabilities, with a talent for complexity
  • Strong people and project management skills
  • The ability to write and present information effectively for diverse audiences
  • Confident stakeholder engagement and media relations

Candidates will be considered for the role of either Senior Associate or Deputy Program Director, depending on their background and experience.

Salary will be commensurate with the appointed position, reflecting the candidate's qualifications and experience.
