Climate change and resilience are critical issues in today's world.

We are looking for a skilled professional to help us develop strategies and solutions to mitigate the impacts of climate change and build resilience in our clients' operations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental science, urban sustainability, or a related field, with up to 2 years of experience in a relevant role.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Analyzing climate change and other environmental data

- Providing background research and report writing support

- Developing climate change and resilience strategies for large-scale developments, infrastructure projects, and local and state governments

- Preparing, facilitating, and reporting on workshop and stakeholder engagement activities

- Contributing to project proposals and business development

- Assisting in the preparation of reports and other documentation under supervision.

Required skills and qualifications include:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Good understanding of national and international climate change and resilience challenges and opportunities

- Understanding of Australian climate change and resilience legislation, processes, and approaches

- Preferable experience with risk rating tools and guidelines (Climate Change Impacts and Risk Management: A guide for business and government (AGO 2006), ISO 14091, ISO 31000 or other)

- Preferable experience of using climate change projections and impact models

- Preferable experience with of resilience/climate adaptation strategies
