About the Role

We offer a unique opportunity to join our multidisciplinary team as a Case Manager in our MERIT Program. Our aim is to provide high-quality clinical services to defendants with alcohol or drug issues, working closely with local courts and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver effective Alcohol and Other Drug interventions to clients with complex needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and written reports for the Courts, providing intensive case management throughout the bail period.
  • Develop personalized case plans, offering counseling and support to clients and their families as identified in the plan.
