Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial strategy and drive efficiencies in a high-performing team

You will guide financial strategy, drive efficiencies, and work side-by-side with senior leadership to shape ideation and capital planning, revenue streams, and decision-making.

This role requires a collaborative leader who values trust and transparency, with a calm leadership style and confidence to guide strategic conversations.

The ideal candidate has proven experience leading financial operations, compliance, and reporting in healthcare, aged care, NGO or complex service environments, with deep experience across budgeting, forecasting, capital planning and risk.

A degree in Business, Commerce or Accounting is required, with CPA or CA qualification preferred.
