Job Title: Team Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Supervisor to lead our team in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and leadership abilities.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Organising the daily routine, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Managing and instructing staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Communicating with senior management any issues or concerns that arise.
  • Assisting with veterinary treatments and ensuring animal welfare is maintained.
  • Representing the team on race days and at trials, demonstrating a positive and professional attitude.

Prior experience in a similar role is desirable but not mandatory. We encourage applicants who are passionate about leading a team and making a positive impact to apply.
