This is an excellent chance to support the Coomera Connector Project, a joint venture between Fulton Hogan and its partners.

About the Role

We are seeking a Community & Stakeholder Engagement Officer Administrator to provide administrative support for the project's communication and engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Internal communications, preparation of stories, formatting and distribution of monthly project newsletter.
  • Support consultation with project stakeholders, recording stakeholder data, including all stakeholder interactions, to the project's stakeholder database.
  • Assist the delivery of communication materials, including distribution of E-news and internal site communications.
  • Manage regular site photography, accompanying professional photographer, seeking project approvals, naming files and submitting to client each month.
  • Attend community events and support displays on behalf of the project.
  • Coordinate site tours and local events as required.
  • Assist with drafting social media posts, creating content and working with photographer/videographer where required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require relevant practical experience in a similar role, with Construction experience seen as advantageous.

You will also need to have:

  • A strategic thinker with contractual experience in contract delivery.
  • The ability to recognise how communications fits into the wider contract.
  • An innate ability to harness and nurture internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • An ability to work collaboratively within a complex and diverse environment.
  • Confidence in your influencing and negotiating capability.
