As a Claims Service Consultant Level 2, you'll play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and minimizing leakage and increased costs of claims.

Our team operates in a matrixed general insurance organization, so you'll need experience in handling multiple product lines and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Follow the AAL Claims Management Process to ensure compliance and consistency
  2. Maintain knowledge of current legislation and its impact on claims management
  3. Manage claimant and stakeholder expectations through effective communication and relationship-building

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in handling complex claims management processes and procedures
  • Strong technical capability and competence in general insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to interpret and analyze complex information
