CPAP Therapy Specialist

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Consultant/CPAP Therapy Consultant to join our Richmond and East/South East clinics. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing bespoke solutions, treatments, and management for obstructive sleep apnea to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, providing exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Engage clients through various channels, including in-person, phone, and email communications, to promote our product range and services.
- Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup, and ongoing service requirements, ensuring seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers to deliver comprehensive care and support.
- Promote and upsell our product range and services, leveraging your sales and marketing expertise.
- Maintain and sterilize clinic equipment, ensuring a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Maintain inventory and process clinic orders, demonstrating strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Previous experience in retail, healthcare, or sales environments, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and build strong relationships.
- Independent clinic management capability, with the ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
- Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction, including sales, marketing, and customer support.
- Proficiency with Google Suite applications, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
