We are seeking a dedicated and passionate History Teacher to join our team at St John Paul College, Coffs Harbour.

About the Role

This is a temporary, full-time position for approximately 9 months from April 2025 to January 2026, replacing a teacher on maternity leave.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and challenging lessons in History to students in [Year Levels]
  • Develop and implement high-quality curriculum programs that cater to diverse learning needs
  • Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive teaching team to achieve excellent student outcomes

Requirements

  • A valid NSW Working with Children Check
  • Full accreditation with NSW Educational Standards Authority (NESA)
  • Commitment to the Catholic ethos and mission of St John Paul College
  • Strong knowledge of and passion for History, with ability to teach other subjects
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional learning community
