We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Secret Harbour, located in the heart of Perth. As a vital member of our centre, you will contribute to creating engaging and inclusive learning environments for children aged 0-5 years.

What We Offer- Estimated annual salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000, dependent on experience and qualifications

This full-time position involves working closely with our Senior Educators and Educational Leader to develop and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our children.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that align with the Australian Curriculum and National Quality Standards
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment
- Contributing to the creation of engaging and interactive learning experiences that promote social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
