About the Role:

  • Verify payroll data in our system, ensuring accuracy during uploads for EBA Award increases, while keeping up-to-date with legislative changes.
  • Offer assistance to managers and employees on all payroll-related matters.
  • Build strong relationships and deliver prompt customer service by resolving payroll inquiries efficiently.
  • Provide advice and support to line managers and staff, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
  • Conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy and adherence to governance standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Previous payroll experience in a similar end-to-end role is essential.
  • Exposure to high-volume payroll systems, preferably using iChris.
  • Experience working with large employee volumes is desired.
  • In-depth understanding of payroll legislation and processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines independently.

Requirements:

  • $65,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
