Customer Experience Champion

Job Description:

As a seasoned Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional customer experience, driving team development, and overseeing visual merchandising and operational functions to achieve store targets and exceed KPIs.

The Westfield Miranda store is a key location within our portfolio, and you will be instrumental in leading the renovation project scheduled for FY25/26.

Our stores specialize in sun protection products, offering a wide range of hats, swimwear, sunscreen, and sunglasses. We pride ourselves on being Australia's leading brand for sunglasses sales yearly.

  • Maintain a store culture filled with passion for our brand, where team members shine as extraordinary brand ambassadors.
  • Provide exceptional levels of customer service to create memorable shopping experiences.
  • Drive sales growth by achieving targets and exceeding KPIs while ensuring profitability.
  • Manage store operations, including stock control, rostering, and expenses.
  • Lead daily operations, providing coaching and feedback to team members to help them grow in their roles.
  • Execute Visual Merchandising in-store and make commercial decisions using your discretion.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage KPIs with ease.
  • Exceptional leadership skills to motivate teams and manage performance.
  • Operational agility with strong inventory management capabilities.
  • Ability to train, develop, and inspire team members to bring their best selves to work every day.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to stay calm under pressure.
  • A hands-on approach, willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in when needed.
  • Clear communication and people skills to build strong relationships with team members, management, and customers alike.
