About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a healthcare professional providing support services to clients in residential care settings.

You will be working under the direction of experienced therapists to deliver high-quality clinical services and contribute to a positive client experience.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in delivering physiotherapy services in accordance with established procedures and policies.
  • Support therapists in providing treatment plans for clients and ensure service delivery meets their needs.
  • Transport residents to therapy areas or appointments under the direction of physiotherapists/occupational therapists.
  • Clean and maintain therapy equipment and areas, including setting up and packing away.
  • Collect referrals and other administrative tasks as guided by physiotherapists.
  • Order prescribed equipment and supplies.
  • Run exercise programs and groups.
  • Support initiatives to meet client expectations and contract requirements.
  • Consult with physiotherapist/occupational therapist regarding adaptations, changes, or progressions of treatment plans for clients as appropriate.
