Financial Services Regulatory Specialist

Job Description
The Compliance team is responsible for providing support and guidance on first line compliance matters across the Member Domain.
In this role, you will participate in incident assessment functions, reviewing incidents for potential regulatory breaches, identifying systemic issues, and collating data.
Responsibilities include training colleagues on compliance processes, maintaining and updating documentation, conducting thorough investigations, analysing incident details, and documenting findings.
Incident owners require your assistance to develop strategies to address root causes of incidents, create training materials, and review compliance documentation regularly.
Requirements3+ years' experience in a similar financial services role with strong knowledge of superannuation and financial advice laws and associated regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to work in cross-functional project teams, influence stakeholders at all levels, and possess excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
RG 146 competence with ongoing CPD to support (or willingness to complete).
Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency status is required.
