Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead multiple projects across various sectors, including government, housing, retail, development, and defense. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct planning, scheduling, and estimating of work tasks to meet project requirements.
  • Prepare project documentation and assist with review and clearance processes.
  • Provide advice on project methodologies and management activities.
  • Represent the organization in the marketplace, promoting capabilities and building trusted partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Deliver projects within commercial requirements and develop strong relationships with clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized degree or equivalent qualification in a technical field, such as project management, architecture, construction management, engineering, or cost management.
  • At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in a consultancy or client-side environment.
  • A current Baseline or NV1 clearance (if applicable).
  • Australian citizenship (if applicable).
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English, with excellent report writing skills.
