English Curriculum Leadership Role

We seek a strategic leader to shape the future of literacy and learning in our school community.

  • Drive innovative approaches to designing and delivering high-quality education for students from Year 7 to Year 12.
About the Position

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing the Middle Years Programme (MYP) Language and Literature, building a cohesive curriculum that reflects best practice in literacy development and a curious mindset.

This leadership position is responsible for driving student performance in key areas - IBMYP, IBDP, and HSC.

You will lead and manage a department providing high-quality education to students and supporting their social and emotional well-being through studying English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop an English curriculum programme that meets the needs of students from Year 7 to Year 12.
  • Implement initiatives, project delivery, and change management.
Requirements:

  • Appropriate qualifications.
  • A valid ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card.
  • A current National Police Check.
  • Full working rights within Australia.
