Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Director of Relationships, focusing on building strong ties with large clients. In this role, you will be responsible for empowering and supporting Australian businesses, facilitating them to achieve remarkable outcomes.

As a champion of genuine, personable, and traditional approaches to relationship-centric business banking, you will drive growth through a client-centric proposition reliant on the expertise of our seasoned lenders.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial banking, credit, or related fields, with demonstrated ability to execute complex transactions and originate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building robust relationships with customers and business partners
  • Staying abreast of economic trends and their impact on businesses
  • Crafting and implementing best practice relationship models for valued SME customers
  • Championing teamwork and collaborative problem-solving
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial banking, credit, or related fields
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and proficiency in credit writing and financial analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-starting attitude with a proven ability to build networks and drive results
