Educational Leaders have an influential role in inspiring, motivating and challenging educators. The position involves collaborative inquiry and reflection, impacting the important work done with children and families.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification
  • Minimum 1-2 years (or equivalent) demonstrated leadership experience as an Ed Leader
  • Team-based, collaborative approach to your practices
  • Effective communication and connection with families
