Your Key Responsibilities:- Welcome customers to our community by ensuring a delightful delivery experience.
- Educate customers about their vehicle's features and functions.
- Assist with delivery operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate vehicle staging, host delivery appointments, and provide new owner orientations tailored to individual needs.
- Demonstrate expertise in all our products and services, including local incentives for EV owners.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with the vehicle readiness team to conduct final inspections before delivery.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance efficiency and promote improvements across the organization.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver seamless experiences.
- Leverage a customer-centric approach to address concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Identify and overcome objections and obstacles, including charging and customer education.
- Ensure accurate delivery information is available to management.
- Contribute ideas to enhance the delivery experience and improve back-end processes.
- Support regional customers through phone and digital channels.
- Uphold a professional appearance at all times.
