About the Position
A fantastic opportunity to embark on a career in aged care has arisen at Arcare Aged Care. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Personal Support Worker.
As part of our Traineeship program, you will complete a Certificate III in Aged Care and receive comprehensive on-the-job training. After six weeks, you will be able to work independently and provide high-quality personal, social, and emotional care and support to residents, aligned with Arcare's values.
Skills & Experience Required
- Must not hold a qualification higher than Certificate II
- Adaptable, passionate about learning, and willing to grow
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
