Optical Dispensing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Optical Dispensing Professional to join our team at Noosa Optical. As an Optical Dispenser, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of care for our patients.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time opportunity with up to 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm.

This optical dispensing job is a full scope position, offering a diverse range of responsibilities including:

• Dispensing prescription optical appliances
• Participation in product mix and range planning
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Providing telephone and online customer service
• Making appointment bookings
• Processing payment transactions
• Providing general assistance to Optometrists and the practice manager

You will have the opportunity to work with quality niche products for all age groups, and make a real difference in people's lives by helping them see better and feel better about their vision and eyes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Certificate IV qualifications or equivalent industry experience
• A good understanding and experience in customer service, optometry administration, spectacle and sunglasses fashion, computers, web browsers, email, text messages, and Facebook
