Job OverviewThis Supervisory Role in Infrastructure Maintenance position is currently available at our company. As an experienced leader in infrastructure maintenance, you will oversee and coordinate the maintenance activities for infrastructure, ensuring all electrical systems and equipment are maintained to the highest standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency.
About the JobYou will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of maintenance technicians and electricians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies, maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance, collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and support, developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, providing training and mentorship to team members, assisting in the development of maintenance budgets and monitoring expenditures, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will require an Electrical Trade Certificate, previous experience in a leadership role and understanding of S26 appointment responsibilities, strong experience in contractor management and compliance, proven experience in a leadership role within the mining and resources industry, familiarity with SAP maintenance planning systems, asset management, and work management processes, experience in risk management, contractor management, and change management processes, and a valid C class manual driver's license.
