**Job Title:** Remote Practice Manager

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing network of rural GP practices, dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare in regional Western Australia. As a highly organised and experienced Practice Manager, you will oversee the operations of multiple cloud-based practices, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

The role offers exceptional flexibility, making it ideal for someone who wants to balance work with personal commitments. You will have the autonomy to work from home while still making a difference in rural healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily practice operations remotely, ensuring compliance with accreditation processes and requirements.
  • Support our rural GP teams, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Optimise practice performance using Helix Practice Management Software and Healthengine Online Booking System.
  • Work closely with doctors, nurses, and admin staff to foster a great team culture.
  • Occasionally travel to our rural practices as needed for site visits and key events.
Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • Previous experience in medical practice management (rural experience is a bonus but not essential).
  • Familiarity with Helix (or similar practice management software) and cloud-based systems.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to managing remote teams.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to rural WA practices.
