Job Description

As our new CRM Performance Coordinator, you will support the monitoring of CRM campaigns and collaborate with CRM Team Leaders to ensure CRM campaigns are effective across all channels (email, SMS, web pop-ups, and in-app notifications).

You will provide support and monitoring to ensure the smooth operation of CRM Campaigns, create and maintain reports and dashboards to assist the CRM Team Leaders measure campaign effectiveness, and liaise with the CRM system provider to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a CRM / Marketing / Customer Analytics role, knowledge of customer retention campaigns, and familiarity with CRM tools such as Optimove, Salesforce, Braze, and Hubspot.

Bonus points if you have a degree in Marketing/Communications/Data Analytics or relevant experience in a CRM, marketing or customer analytics role.
