The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back of House Supervisor to join our team. As a Back of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our back of house area, including managing stock levels, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily and weekly tasks, including reporting, handling deliveries, and maintaining order and tidiness of the back of house area.
- Manage Back of House Assistants, ensuring all KPIs are met, stock levels are replenished, and products are priced and tagged correctly.
- Plan and manage stock deliveries, ensuring that deadlines are adhered to meet time frames.
- Effectively manage stock levels by department, brand, and style.
- Coordinate Stock Take with the Store Manager, Profit Protection, and Back of House Team.
- Ensure Back of House standards are maintained in line with company expectations.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar position within retail or a like industry.
- Experience working in a Back of House or Warehouse environment is favourable, but not essential.
- Experience managing and coaching a team.
- Maintains a positive can-do attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Excel, Word, etc.
- Strong operational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Openly shares knowledge with the wider team to achieve common goals.
- An ability to enthusiastically look at a challenge as an opportunity to develop yourself; your career and learn new skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills who thrives in social situations through engagement with customers.
