Retail Store Assistant Manager Role

As a key member of our retail team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the store manager to ensure seamless daily operations and drive team performance and store success. This dynamic role requires strong communication skills to effectively lead and collaborate with the team, excellent multitasking abilities to handle competing priorities, and exceptional time management to meet deadlines and keep operations on track.

  • Manage a small team and develop leadership skills through mentorship and training.
  • Ensure the store is visually appealing and ready for business daily.
  • Provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders, as well as customers.
  • Administer daily procedures accurately and handle required reports per company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of staff members by providing coaching and feedback.
  • Manage stock, conduct cycle counts, and ensure adherence to processing procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
