Pathology Collector

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pathology Collector to join our team at Healius, a leading healthcare company in Australia. As a Pathology Collector, you will play a vital role in collecting blood and coordinating specimen samples from patients, delivering exceptional customer service and quality healthcare.

• Collecting samples with care and attention to detail
• Maintaining accurate records for every patient and sample
• Meeting strict turnaround times for documentation
• Preparing and packaging specimens for transport and testing
• Liaising with customers, clinic staff, and couriers

• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy or a healthcare background
• Transferable skills gained in other positions within the healthcare industry highly desirable
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a high level of empathy
• Organised, with strong time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously, sometimes working independently in a solo clinic
• Valid Driver's license and flexibility to travel to multiple clinics
• Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency, or a valid visa with permission to work
