Queensland Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee our Queensland region, responsible for driving operational performance and managing a team of professionals.

- Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilization.
- Proven track record of success in operations management within the construction hire industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Experience working with Tier 1 civil contractors and understanding their compliance needs.
