Payroll Consultant Opportunity

This contract role supports Workday configuration across Payroll, Compensation, and integrations. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, and business leaders to optimise and enhance the system within a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and optimise Workday HCM, especially Payroll and Compensation modules
  • Manage and improve Workday integrations with HRIS and Finance systems
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to gather and implement requirements
  • Provide expertise across broader HCM modules

Requirements:

  • Proven experience configuring Workday HCM
  • Experience with Payroll and/or Compensation modules
  • Experience with integrations across HRIS and Finance systems
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work in large, complex environments
