Installation Lead Role

Job Description:

  • Oversee the timely and accurate installation of products, ensuring that they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
  • Lead a team of installers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure that they operate at optimal levels.
  • Ensure that the work area is well-organized, safe, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, managing stock movement and reporting any discrepancies or issues.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements, lean initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in installation, maintenance, or repair roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other documentation.
  • Working knowledge of hydraulic systems, electronics, and welding processes.
